Job Description

Amazon is hiring an L2 Transportation Representative to serve as the primary point of contact between Amazon and its delivery partners and seller POCs. The role involves troubleshooting delivery partner issues, managing escalations, and identifying process improvements. It is suited for graduates with strong communication skills who can work independently and in team environments with a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities
